Very rare militaria collector's item from WWII in very good condition

Marked with RZM and manufacturer M 1/35, Wächtler and Lange, Mittweida. Front inscription: The Führer on April 1 1939 in Wilhelmshaven. Issued on the occasion of the launch of the battleship Tirpitz. Only a small scraping on the Hk. Very rare in this condition.
