Kriegsmarine U-boat optics DZC/2, never opened and with brilliant view, from 2nd World War.

Late war pressure resistant production of the target optics for the 2 cm Flak on U-boats ww2.

DZC/2 in excellent condition. Front left marked Adler M IV, right DZC/2 4x15° bmk (Srb & Stys, Prague ) 132624. Except for two, all screws are still originally cemented and painted. Very rare to find in this condition. Rubber of the eyecup somewhat brittle. The base is unfortunately missing. However, a replacement case with base is included. Rear sight and front sight are also in top condition. Excellent clear view with crosshairs. In the picture with the crosshairs it has mirrored a bit, so it is not completely clear. Filter disks can be switched through cleanly.

The first specimens of the DZC/2 were not yet pressure-tight and were marked so on the top of the housing. So they had to be removed before diving. In the next construction phase, the cases were marked "pressure-tight" on the top, and later they were not marked at all.
