Commander´s pennant of the minesweeper R 67 from World War 2 in very good condition.

Kriegsmarine Commander´s pennant  with hand embroidered ship's number without damage ww2.

Commander's pennant without damage or holes. All seams intact. Number of boat R 67 embroidered with red thread. Iron Cross printed on both sides. Little used.

The commander's pennant was hoisted when the commander was on board. Mostly, however, only when entering and in port.

The R 67 belonged to the 1st Minesweeper Flotilla, which initially served in the Bay of Gdansk. Later off the Dutch coast and in the English Channel. In April 1940, R 67 took part in the occupation of Norway. Afterwards again deployed in the Baltic Sea. Towards the end of the war participated in the evacuation of refugees from the Kurlandkessel and East Prussia. After the end of the war until the end of 1947 deployed with the German Mine Sweeping Administration.
