The bronzing is mostly still well preserved. Uncleaned with slight corrosion. Otherwise no damage. Lock works perfectly.

The U-Boat front clasp in bronze was founded on 15 May 1944 by Grand Admiral Doenitz in recognition of the achievements and sacrifice of the submarine crews. They were only available in silver and bronze.
