Very rare militaria collector's item and document of contemporary history.

Corners and edges partially bumped or creased. Otherwise good general condition. Includes  certificates of conduct, testimony of the defendant, assessment by the supervisor, report of the incident, interrogation- andcourt hearing report, and court ruling with justification.

The two defendants tapped and drunk wine from a barrel during the watch outside the officers' mess in Bordeaux. Both were already convicted several times e.g. because of the smuggling of a Frenchwoman in the accommodation.
