Lufft barometer with KM acceptance and storage/transport box from WW2.

Very rare Lufft barometer as used on German submarines of WW2. With original wooden box for storage or transport. Nationality eagle, M and inventory number are present, but unfortunately overpainted. Inventory number 4692 / Obs. Black dial with luminous numerals (the first 1 to 2), which are only dimly lit. Works perfectly under normal air pressure on land. Glass undamaged. Damage to varnish.

Wooden case with wormholes, currently without infestation. Lock works. With notes on a Hollerith card from 1942.
